why did the #1 spark plug on my Toy PU just pop out

Seriously, what makes this happen? l got stranded in the middle of the Y on 
Curly Temple
the southbound 5 and 405 at rush hour! (and special thanks to the good

put the plugs in myself and was very careful to tighten them.Did not have

a torque wrench (is this my sin?). but l really cranked them down.Does

vibration cause them to work free over time. Thanks in advance to all you

if the head is aluminum its a good chance you tightened the  
CHEEKSY
sparkplug to much and it destroyed the threads, since there is compression

in the cylinder this would make it pop out.

If you really cranked them down you could have damaged the  
Hotshot
threads in the cylinder head. the heads are usually a softer metal than

spark plugs. Since there is alot of pressure from the combustion at the
